Linda Peterson, our Founder and CEO, has over 35 years of experience in development and operational management of healthcare organizations. Ms. Peterson holds her MBA in Healthcare Administration. Her key strengths are in the design, development and operational management of new business and product lines, mergers & acquisitions, in the ambulatory/outpatient service sectors.

Linda’s Executive management experience includes positions to CEO level for Private and Publicly Traded Companies in the areas of Ambulatory Care, including ASC’s, Urgent Care, Imaging and Medical Practices, also in Home Care, Hospice, Infusion, and Assisted Living. She has personally been involved in over 100 projects since 2002.

Her compliance experience stems from licensing and accrediting her Executive Solutions  Clients, her past employer organizations, and her government, military national and international exposure as Executive Director, Ambulatory and Laboratory Programs for The Joint Commission. She is also credited with launching the Office Based Surgery Accreditation Program.

Clients have included UCSF, OHSU, Dignity Health, Sutter, Adventist Health, SUNY upstate, Wellstar Health and many solo and group physician practices, including establishing Concierge Services.

Linda is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and serves on the Advisory Board and Executive Committee for the Southwest Chapter. She currently serves on the Finance Committee and Board of Trustees for Scottsdale Arts, a private/public partnership with the City Of Scottsdale. She also Serves as Treasurer and on the Board of Directors for Aspen Valley Golf Club.

Linda is a cited Subject Matter Expert and published author for several national publications. She speaks and provides webinars for Becker’s ASC conferences, the ASC Association, ASGE, AAACN and the AHA. She has served as Adjunct faculty and Subject Matter Expert for Grand Canyon University, in the College of Nursing and Ken Blanchard School of Business, Ottawa University and the University of Phoenix. She also provides Expert Witness services and is Certified in Corporate Compliance from Harvard University.
